Dear Parent's and Carers We will be having our Care Commission Inspection soon for this year. They are introducing a new Grading System. They will now award grades based on the quality of the care our service provides. The Care Commission will grade services and publish those grades as part of fulfilling its duty in terms of section 4(1) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) act 2001 to provide information to the public about the quality of care services. We must involve our service users for their input as their inputs will reflect on our grade for our service. We really need everyone's thoughts and inputs as without our user's involvement we will not be able to achieve higher grades.
